I Need More Sleep?

More than a third of Americans say they're are not getting enough sleep, putting themselves at risk of obesity, heart disease, and other issues, federal researchers said Thursday.

The findings also suggest that more Americans need to learn healthy sleep habits — like going to bed at regular times and turning off televisions and other electronic devices, the team at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said. To read the full article, click here.
